Santa’s Milk & Cookies Cupcakes

Santa’s Milk & Cookies Cupcakes are so simple and the kids can decorate them too. You can totally cheat and use store bought cupcakes and have an entire tray decorated in minutes for the win!

These mini cupcakes were super quick and easy to put together and perfect for take a plate events, Christmas parties and a fun activity for the kids to make on Christmas Eve to leave out for Santa. This would be a nice Christmas eve activity and you could also add the dry ingredients to the kids Christmas eve box.

I made mini cupcakes using a Green’s Baking Australia box mix, added vanilla buttercream swirling the top with a skewer to give a frothy milk look, and added half a Byron Bay cookie and a mini candy cane (bend removed) upside down to look like a straw. You could use mini Oreos or any other small biscuit too I just used what I had in the pantry.
