Christmas Puddings – Arnott’s Royals

I have no idea where this genius little invention started to give credit but they are amazing and something we now make every year. Everyone tends to make them a little differently and here’s how we make ours.

Harlan (almost 6) was in charge this year and he’s done and incredible job.

Ingredients –
Two packets of Arnott’s Royals
125g White chocolate melted
Home brand spearmint leaves
Red M&m’s

Method –
Melt the chocolate in 30 second bursts in the microwave and stir to combine.

Using a teaspoon add a small dollop of chocolate to the top of a each biscuit and add a spearmint and red m&m.

Perfect for take a plate events and ideal to add to a mixed dessert platter like we have here.
