Christmas Pavlova Bar is ideal if you’re hosting Christmas for a crowd.
Tonight we celebrated my Hubby’s new work role with a fun dessert, and I added cute Christmas picks, a little printable and photographed it thinking it would be an ideal sweet Christmas treat.
You could do this on a much larger scale, perfect for everyone to assemble their own according to their tastebuds (also ideal for those with allergies or intolerances) and you could make your own little pav bases too I just cheated with store bought.
We served –
Fresh whipped cream
Crushed Crunchie bars
Crushed Peppermint Crisp bars
When I whip cream for a pavlova I always had around half a cup of sifted icing sugar to the thickened cream prior to whipping. It sweetens the cream and also helps stabilize it so it isn’t sliding off the sides of your pav.
